I'm a little bit confused. According to M$ Server 2022 has been released on 18th of August. So why is there only these Insider ISOs with expiration dates? Wouldn't I be better of using my "old" 2019 build? My case is pseudo production - running as a VM on PVE for CI/CD stuff. Last time I used windows server has been maybe nearly a year and then i used Server 19.. so I guess I'll stay with that for a while? (because otherwise I would need to setup everything again on march 22. Or does it extend in some way, e.g. update this build to a newer one and therefore expiration getting extended? And if the full non-preview releases, can I update to the "final" version from this preview build?). Thanks
[DISCUSSION] Server 2022 LTSC (21H2) 20348.1 (fe_release) that is the final, not Insider Preview this thread is for insider builds of Server 2025 (or whatever they call it)
Same here, no base ISO nor a UUP file set available on which the updates could be applied, we'll have to see what happens
