The question was more or less "how can I install that browser in server" and I think my reply was enough. Never forget that aside some "nerds" interested in what's under the hood, the majority of people look for a result. They care if that result can be accomplished, not about the method to get the result.
Yeah I never wanted to resort to the store (for one thing, it hates Administrator account usually...) because I like keeping things as "lite" as possible. I should have said the method used rather than assuming people would figure it out, so my bad on that. Very useful trick to be able to use worthwhile things like the DDG browser though.
1. Add Store fundamentals to install.wim with Abbodi1406's script. 2. Install Server. 3. Add any Client license and key. 4. Run Store to install\update Apps. 5. Add Server key to return. PS: From Store, Client is needed for App download\install and update.
it fetches on any channel (Retail as well) with any server SKU, so it's released interesting why there's no gui editions
then why it was released on Retail channel? there's Azure Stack HCI and Windows Server Datacenter Core editions
Well MS has never maintained a decision in history, they keep changing idea on decisions taken as definitive just a year or two earlier. Remember "W10 is the last major version of windows"? BTW they used to have SAC channel and LTSC channel as separate channels, possibly they switch from semi annual channel to annual channel, but still way different from 5/10 years cycles.
