I just wish they'd get a damn ARM64 build or two out now. They've talked of it for low power servers for years, had that one dated build leak, and... nothing since. Lack of public testing I suspect means we're not getting it this time around either.

"Microsoft Server Language and Optional Features Preview - Build 25977 English" EDIT: Woohoo, they've finally added bluetooth/wifi by default in Server w/Desktop! No more having to remember which specific service(s) need additional enabling after adding wifi support! (Many VPN's and other things literally will not work without the wifi components being added, even if your system doesn't have wifi!)
Code: 4fd97dfa03053e8aad815bc7796cd8294634910b *Microsoft_Server_InsiderPreview_LangPack_FOD_25977.iso This? It's present.
I know, just wondering what it actually is. A few nice things with this build - it seems less inclined to disruptive minor annoyances on upgrading. Both the sound service staying enabled (FINALLY!) and this time the driver my keyboard uses for the volume control light/bar didn't need reinstalled either. Going to look at bluetooth support later. EDIT: Bluetooth support seems just fine. Synced up a keyboard, headset and even a Wii remote and Pro Controller right away. EDIT 2: So there seems to be some problem where plugging in a usb device (flash drive) is causing the entire desktop to go black for a few seconds.
Is anyone else having issues with the start menu? Mine has just completely locked up and won't react anymore at all. Crashing/restarting explorer.exe doesn't do anything. Rebooting doesn't help, either. Rather annoying.
Thanks for the tip, I installed OpenShell and that one works just fine. Seems to be something fishy with my 25977 install as the settings application refuses to launch as well.
Just hope they can fix these occasional UI quirks like the spinny wheel before release. Must be getting close if the 2025 "RTM" is there...
