ru-ru build can't be downloaded, my link do not work as well

 

I gave up, gonna use UUP dump version since apps integration was fixed in 99f ver

also do not try to integrate LCU, it's not working at all
didn't tested LCU reinstallation issue yet on Client build

The last time I fresh installed Windows Server (21H2 / 20348.1) I used just one ESD file from uupdump (the one with over 2 GB size) and installed it directly using DISM++ (for dual booting) without even converting it to ISO. I wonder if it works for this new Windows Server ESD too.
