Only issue I find with upgrading Server IPs is Windows tools name is changed to Administrative tools. Which no longer shows in CP. So I just go to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrator Tools And change it back to Windows Tools. Issue solved.
