    Inplace upgrade (= 20257.1 > 20257.1) or upgrade from 20251.1 > 20257.1 by ISO?

    Up to and including 20236, the previous version could be updated. (ISO)
    Since this version, none of the builds have been able to update, Failure at 17% after the first reboot.

    No issue here. upgraded all iso's so far including 20257

    In real or virtual machine?
    In virtual machine it always fails. At 17% after the first restart. It is in hardware recognition that I am suspecting that it is precisely because it is a virtual machine (Hyper-V)

    I upgraded the previous version to this one on actual hardware with zero problem (and very quickly, too, compared to the old days!)

    Upgrade in VirtualBox 5.2.45 works always fine.
