Setting Inheritable Permissions For All Files/Folders On A Drive

    Ok, since I seem to be asking questions that no one can answer, how about a (fairly) simple Admin question -

    How do you add inheritable Administrator permissions for all files/folders on a drive (for the default Administrator account)?
