When trying to open "Update & Security" in the Settings app in "Safe Mode" (or maybe just "...with networking") the window simply closes without any message. In normal mode it behaves normally. I have seen this on both upgrade and clean install of 1511 10586 version on several computers, but couldn't find any info on this "bug" (feature). I guess I don't know how to look for it.
