that 3 step thing when starting up new build...wonder if it related to telemetry... so data can be sent to ms when logging in, not possible to stop this? Charl
Lack of information from Microsoft. Blocking bug??? What is that??? Why such a long delay now to release an Iso which will take atleast 2 weeks.
Means they discovered a serious issue and couldn't continue forward, of course Microsoft isn't go into detail over it as there has been no official release date set for 1803 even.
No any disappointment from my site, everything is just working fine. But I just need to mention, I'm not someone who's looking all times for to find some 'bad's' as this is something for what many users and members of the MDL Forum, special the Windows Subforum('s), seem to look for to be able to start some complaints (and more)! So again, nothing to complain from my site and all those of my friends an customers already using the Spring Upgrade too!
Seems crazy to me to deploy an unofficial unsupported windows version to someone on a production business machine.
And? What you would tell to me because you fully quoted my comment?! Because it seems to be you throwing conclusions about something that you could not know to have ever happened! And just to mention: I not supporting, offering or installing from Developer unsupported Releases just final Releases to any of my Customers and/or Friends only!
I literally don't care if it comes out tomorrow or months from now I find new Windows builds interesting, but they are in no way a necessity at all. I'd rather wait for something stable and complete to come out. I'm still on 1703 right now and I haven't cared to upgrade lol, everything's working great and it's still security supported.
To be fair, management is to blame. Any software with a preset release date is destined to fail. No wonder, the latest games and Windows upgrades suck. A software developer: "When it is done, then it is done." A manager: "No, it has to be done by that date or you are fired, you can patch it as much as you want later."
yep I agree so for this and another things (WAAS) I prefer by beloved W8.1 stable and confiable at least until 2023 without make troll here
Yep, has been true for decades. Linking to my username here, here's what happened to the first Atari Basic release in 1979: Some things never change
Yes, it should be possible to do a super bloated AiO of current 17133.73 insider preview. What's worrying you that it could be fake? The only thing that might fail, is the expectancy for it to be the same as the RTM yet to be released, given what's going on.
