I would like to know if there's a way to change the Turn Off button of Vista.
When you click in the Start Menu, the turn off button the computer hibernates, but I would like to change this option and make it a Turn Off (completely) button.
Is it possible??? How can I do it???

    Thank you!

    Yes you can....

Go to "Control Panel" > "Power Options"

Your PC will be using either Balanced, Power saver or High performance settings.

Go to the relevent setting and click on the "Change plan setting" option.

The window will change to a different screen, find "Change advanced Power settings" and click it...

A new window called "Power options" will open, with a scrollable list of advanced options.

Find the one called "Power buttons and lid", click on the + symbol next to it, then you will see one called "Start menu power button" click the + to expand this one too.

There you will find the setting for the Startmenu power button, just change the setting to "Shut down" Apply the settings to save the changes. :)

    Shad.
