I apologize in advance if this is not the right forum to ask this. I'm not really sure where else I should post this question.

Anyway, I have never used Outlook before and I would like to start using it to manage all my emails (work and personal). Is it safe to use a "non-paid"/MDL version of Outlook for my work emails? Am I being too paranoid? I am just afraid of using it with emails that contain personal data and getting busted because of that.

Also, is there any difference in terms of performance and ease between 2010 and 2013 versions?

    Thanks.

    Welcome guy :p

It is very safe to use Outlook available for us here.

    Outlook 2010 works well here.

It will shortly use Outlook 2013. I believe the 2013 version is with internal improvements, support Skydrive, etc. ;)

You can also choose Mozilla Thunderbird.
