I haven't experienced this, so I'd assume it's a problem specific to your PC(which we don't know the specs of).
You're other option is to just install a clean iso, install the necessary drivers and then just run the update pack to install all the updates. (ofc you need to pray that after a reboot the artifacts don't appear)

Because update PATCHES are applied to the latest officially released update PACK. In this case - 19.2.15.

I think this is the thread you want: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/does-anyone-know-how-to.58497/page-2#post-1487396

Oops, that's for Windows 10, not 8... maybe it will work with 8...? I can attest that it works perfectly with Windows 10 boot files.

I believe @mkuba50 already changed his method in a private convo to me.

I am creating a tool, partly based on his new method, but have to sort out just one thing before i can publish it.

nice one, that fix did indeed fix some updates for me..
Now it installed everything without error..

Only one Update did not install ---> KB2631813

funny thing is, in the LOG it says: KB2631813 - Installation of the update has been successfully completed.
The reboot was without errors or rollbacks..

When i now look into my installed Updates the "KB2631813" is not listed..

im not shure if i even need this one update, its quite old i believe..

is this an important one? should i worry about it?

    Greetings and thanks....

    Hello everyone!
I start by thanking you all and all this work that is done here in the forum, is simply sensational!

    @Enthousiast
I would like to know if possible if the order of the command below is correct, my reading is complicated, I use translator and everything is not 100% clear, in the forum oszone is more confusing for me, so I am here

I saw a comment on the initial post on abbodi1406's NET, but the file extension is .wa, this would work, or better will it be integrated by UP7R2 or only with Wintoolkit?

    Thank you!

When you put these addons by @abbodi1406 next to the updatepack, it should integrate them:
    Code:
    dotNetFx472_20190220_x64.WA
    DirectX_June2010_x64.WA

Many thanks for the quick reply !!
I saw a discussion about this intergration but did not find such confirmation, but now yes !!

I also want to inform you that patch 19.3.3 works without problems! :)

(Still no authorization for links and other things .. but here is the order of things.)

    I wonder what's that one thing ?
why this would need any tool, it just needs some clear steps to follow and do them manually,

Got it to work with just copying files from sources folder and setup.exe inside boot.wim of win8 to boot.wim of win7,
except for recovery folder and the two dll files ARUNIMG.dll and spwizimg.dll ..
Used windows 8.1 iso with this modified boot.wim of win7 and install.esd of win7, replaced ARUNIMG.dll and spwizimg.dll in sources folder
along with background_cli.bmp from win7, removed sxs folder from sources folder as it's useless for windows 7.
    Done.
    :D

Have you seen this project: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/murphy78-diskpart-and-apply-image-script.53532/
Boot into the latest WinPE & deploy any install.esd/wim/swm. Done.

You need to edit spwizimg.dll setup.bmp, background.bmp in the boot.wim file.
