    When i try the magnet link it says ' No sources found ' , mega says ' Temporary error retrying ' and nothing happens . On the simplix page i cant find direct download links ...... can someone post direct links to the pack or the update please ?

    Use the Pack download tool. the magnet and the download tool worked for me.

    The Updatepack download tool is from Simplix himself.

    Then use the magnet.

    Whats the point ? I dont need job creation .

    Why not just a direct link to linux or win 10 ?

    UpdatePack7R2 is downloaded only via a direct link hundreds of thousands of times in a month, not counting torrent and other sites and trackers, it's a bit expensive, so the Downloader uses a free CDN to connect several parts into one.

    Ran into problem with a perpetual loop at end of updates unpacking...
    Cancelled. Allowed pack to end normally & then...
    Bit confusing. Had exited all security software & whitelisted in Kaspersky...:confused:
    Fired up Process Hacker & noticed processes for McAfee & Malwarebytes still running...
    Terminated McAfee but Malwarebytes refused to die...
    I uninstalled Malwarebytes & paused Kaspersky protection. Processes all clear of protection...
    Tried Pack update again & YES, it went smoothly without a hiccup...:D
    I only required 3 updates from the Feb 2020 release...:)

    Thank you very much for the packs. And, for anyone who has a problem, it is not always the Pack's fault! :eek:

    Addon - Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables

    What are the steps to include these addons with simplix, in the first post not are explained, thanks for help.

    Just a note for those who have problems installing updates - WinRepair is a utility that allows you to fix damage to system files, after which the likelihood of successful installation of updates is increased.
