Just a note for those who have problems installing updates - WinRepair is a utility that allows you to fix damage to system files, after which the likelihood of successful installation of updates is increased. translate.google.com -> blog.simplix.info/winrepair (can't insert links)

Is Simplix still updating this project? The most recent .exe in the first post does nothing. It just gives a failed to download message and the magnet link picks up no seeds or peers.
Still haven't had the time to test but here is the latest pack, it's on this same page: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...win7-distribution.45005/page-154#post-1583807
I am cautious. Have had really good results so far. I tend to wait a couple of weeks to download & apply. THANKS to all who contribute & do such great work. I am feeling confident Win7 will easily survive 2 to 3 more years. That is because of the talented selfless folks just like you. God bless.
Hello, Yesterday (Saturday)I was using your SiMPLiX_AiO_ISO_Full_Tool_2_0_20.2.21 with UpdatePack7R2-20.2.21.exe. During the operation, using W7_x64_AiO_New_2.cmd, the tool began downloading the latest UpdatePack7R2-20.3.12.exe. I had not seen this behaviour before and was intrigued enough to let the whole operation complete. It did so in record time about 45 minutes. I thought this is brilliant really really fast creation. When I test installed the single disk today (Sunday NZT) there were only 2 updates in windows update. One from 12 or 13th March 2020 and one from September 2011. I would guess that the downloaded 20.3.12 pack may have confused the creation tool OR there is something wrong with latest update pack. Don't know not an expert Anyway I was not discommoded by the upset as I had previously created an AIO disk with SiMPLiX_AiO_ISO_Full_Tool_2_0_20.2.21 with UpdatePack7R2-20.2.21.exe and succesfully insatlled my chosen edition with all updates - excellent work and thanks once again for your superb script. I would urge caution with the UpdatePack7R2-20.3.12.exe until another test can be run. My very best wishes to you, Hugh
This is not my SiMPLiX AiO tool thread. I doubt that my cmd's triggered any download of anything, it nowhere contains any download options/code. When it had integrated updatepack 20.3.12 it would have contained the march ESU updates with WU patched for the next updates. So, i have no clue what happened when you experienced it. EDIT: i think you saw the little window reporting that the updatepack is loading, not downloading. So, actually you've used updatepack 20.2.21 and then WU doesn't show any new ESU updates, because 20.2.21 didn't patch WU for receiving ESU updates, 20.3.12 does patch WU.
I'm well aware this is not your Simplix AIO thread. Posted it here because there may have been a problem with the 20.3.12 update pack. You even mentioned above you hadn't had time to test it. Cheers, Hugh

UpdatePack7R2+.exe is a small program that downloads the most current UpdatePack7R2 from CDN. The new UpdatePack7R2 loads with a new name, so the old one remains untouched.
