What I gather from translations and various posts, simplix understands how BypassESU functions and has already implemented an ESU bypass into the simplix UpdatePack. What is not included is a dotNETFX4 bypass, which is not needed anyway thanks to the addon packs. Edit: I forgot about this post. It appears ESU Suppressor will be installed, but not WU ESU Patcher nor .NET 4 ESU Bypass. If updates are not automatically offered come next patch tuesday, apply the next simplix UpdatePack or use BypassESU (v5 or v6) to install WU ESU Patcher.
blkthorne: Thanks for your reply. I'll wait to see what happens with my own Windows 7 Pro 64-bit PC's on July 14th, and then proceed from there.
I have never tried Boss911, so no idea about its requirements or capabilities. All the files and methods I use are described in this post.
That's confusing. Do you mean (x86_x64) or (x86, x64)? I want to update a Win7 32bit system and a Win7 64bit one. Are both systems supported?
You're right, actually the 64-bit version of the x86 instruction set is called "x86_64" (not x86_x64). My fault. So, both are supported. That's nice. Thank you!

Are integrated in the winre.wim (recovery environment), that is not an error. Is this an online (on a running 7) or offline (mounted wim)? Were there any previously integrated updates present when you ran the updatepack?
- It's clean image "Win7_Ultimate_with_SP1_x64_(media refresh)_X17-59465.iso" only thing I added was MVMe support "Windows6.1-KB2990941-v3.msu" and "Windows6.1-KB3087873-v2.msu" - Ran in offline mounted wim mode I never had issues before using this image with all the other Simplix Packs, odd
The updatepack integrates the 2 nvme support updates by itself. What happens when you re-run the updatepack on this install.wim?
-Well it's too late for this part I already injected these 2 updates long ago. -Trying again right now, seems I didn't get any errors this time at the second last one 52 out of 53, very odd cuz I didn't do anything different. could I be a ram issue? Also will I need the WuaCpuFix anymore?

here's the script I run using Windows_7_Image_Updater, my question is if I don't need the "WuaCpuFix" do I just remove line "cmd.exe /c %windir%\Setup\Scripts\WuaCpuFix\Install.cmd[/CODE]" do I need to remove ":CONTINUE" aswell? Code: start /HIGH /MIN compact /C /I /S:%programdata% start /HIGH /MIN compact /C /I /S:%windir% %windir%\Setup\Scripts\vc_redist\VisualCppRedist_AIO_x86_x64_32.exe /ai cmd.exe /c %windir%\Setup\Scripts\Tweaks\Install.cmd :LOOP tasklist | find /i "compact.exe" >nul 2>&1 IF ERRORLEVEL 1 ( GOTO CONTINUE ) ELSE ( Timeout /T 5 /Nobreak GOTO LOOP ) :CONTINUE cmd.exe /c %windir%\Setup\Scripts\WuaCpuFix\Install.cmd
That tool is not a simplix based tool? If not, then you have to ask there, simplix already uses a CPU compat check removing utility.
found that my issue was one of the memory dimms went bad making random errors not only with UpdatePack7R2-20.6.20.exe but everything else
I recently did a clean install of Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit, then ran Simplix Update Pack 20.6.20 (includes add-ons), then installed the necessary drivers, then configured the computer to my personal taste, then ran Windows Update. The important and optional updates that appeared weren't needed or were very outdated, so I hid all of them when they appeared. Windows 7 and IE 11 and MNF 4.8 are up-to-date through June 2020. Today is July 2020 "patch Tuesday", so I'm waiting to see what updates become available, and if WU will detect and install them, or if they'll need to be manually obtained and installed. Update: The security monthly quality rollup(KB4565524) and servicing stack update(KB4565324) appeared in Windows Update and installed successfully. The Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 security update(KB4566517) appeared in Windows Update, but it displayed a "code 643" message and failed to install. Only after I ran the BypassESU-v7 tool and selected option #7, did it successfully install.
