Log updatepack 20.6.20: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...l-wim-esd-creation.79421/page-31#post-1604366
I recently did a clean re-install of Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit and updated it with the Simplix 20.6.20 update pack - which brought it up to date to June 2020. This was done for a long-time friend who's not computer-knowledgeable and whose PC was very outdated and full of issues and needed a complete re-do. When he asked me if Windows Update would display important updates on and after July 2020 "patch Tuesday", I advised him that I didn't know for sure at this time. Neither version 5 or 7 of the BypassESU tool were put to use, so am I correct in assuming that Windows Update will NOT automatically display subsequent important updates?
What I gather from translations and various posts, simplix understands how BypassESU functions and has already implemented an ESU bypass into the simplix UpdatePack. What is not included is a dotNETFX4 bypass, which is not needed anyway thanks to the addon packs. Edit: I forgot about this post. It appears ESU Suppressor will be installed, but not WU ESU Patcher nor .NET 4 ESU Bypass. If updates are not automatically offered come next patch tuesday, apply the next simplix UpdatePack or use BypassESU (v5 or v6) to install WU ESU Patcher.
blkthorne: Thanks for your reply. I'll wait to see what happens with my own Windows 7 Pro 64-bit PC's on July 14th, and then proceed from there.
I have never tried Boss911, so no idea about its requirements or capabilities. All the files and methods I use are described in this post.
That's confusing. Do you mean (x86_x64) or (x86, x64)? I want to update a Win7 32bit system and a Win7 64bit one. Are both systems supported?
You're right, actually the 64-bit version of the x86 instruction set is called "x86_64" (not x86_x64). My fault. So, both are supported. That's nice. Thank you!

Are integrated in the winre.wim (recovery environment), that is not an error. Is this an online (on a running 7) or offline (mounted wim)? Were there any previously integrated updates present when you ran the updatepack?
- It's clean image "Win7_Ultimate_with_SP1_x64_(media refresh)_X17-59465.iso" only thing I added was MVMe support "Windows6.1-KB2990941-v3.msu" and "Windows6.1-KB3087873-v2.msu" - Ran in offline mounted wim mode I never had issues before using this image with all the other Simplix Packs, odd
The updatepack integrates the 2 nvme support updates by itself. What happens when you re-run the updatepack on this install.wim?
-Well it's too late for this part I already injected these 2 updates long ago. -Trying again right now, seems I didn't get any errors this time at the second last one 52 out of 53, very odd cuz I didn't do anything different. could I be a ram issue? Also will I need the WuaCpuFix anymore?
Very strange I didn't change a thing, why this time is worked i don't get it The installation log of UpdatePack 7 / 2008 R2 / 20.6.20 Installation start time - 19:21:08 02.07.2020 Operating system - Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 UpdRoots - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB917607 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2533552 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2545698 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2547666 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2574819-v2 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2592687 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2598845 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2603229 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2667402-v2 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2670838 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2685811 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2685813 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2698365 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2729094-v2 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2732059-v5 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2750841 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2761217 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2773072 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2818604 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2830477 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2834140-v2 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2862330-v2 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2894844 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2900986 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2919469 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2970228 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2984972 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB2990941-v3 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed (Recovery) KB3004375-v3 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB3006137 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB3046269 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB3059317 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB3064209 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB3087873-v2 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed (Recovery) KB3102429-v2 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB3124275 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB3138612 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB3156016 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB3159398 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB3161102 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB3161949 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB3179573 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB3184143 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB4019990 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB4474419-v3 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB4490628 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB4562030 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB3125574-v4 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB4528069 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB4538483 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB4552940 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed KB4561643 - Integration of the update has been successfully completed Installation finish time - 19:45:04 02.07.2020 The number of installed updates - 53 Total installation time of UpdatePack - 23:56 Operation of the program has been successfully finished
here's the script I run using Windows_7_Image_Updater, my question is if I don't need the "WuaCpuFix" do I just remove line "cmd.exe /c %windir%\Setup\Scripts\WuaCpuFix\Install.cmd[/CODE]" do I need to remove ":CONTINUE" aswell?
