Great news, when will bypass 6.6 be Released... Will it be USING explorer-ppdlic_b7600 codes Thanks ace2.
update online. wesnext.com nope, I will never use or provide any XRM file in my application. now with the tasksched it also seems kind of saver than ilc.
Okay, little behind in info here. I used KNARZ method a month or two ago and it stopped working from the Windows Updates last week. Is the new version safe to use? Do I just hit install and I'm fine or do I have to do something special? Does it still deactivate you? TY.
Best you could do is: first backup/save the tokens with atm! In case you have activated before using Bypass just do restore with old version and than apply with new version. This is would be the easiest. If you applied my methode and than activtaed you can try this to not lose activation (easiest way) 1. Save activation with ATM. 2. Do a restore with Bypass Tool the version you used. 3. Restore ATM 4. Apply v66. (Detailed 'by hand' version: - net stop sppsvc - backup store folder (just in case) - delete tokens.dat in store folder - copy the tokens.dat from store.restore to store (Not completly sure if this is necessary but it would be safer) - net start sppsvc - run admin cmd: schtasks /run /tn "\Microsoft\Windows\SoftwareProtectionPlatform\SvcRestartTask" ) This should protect you from maybe reactivating. If you don't care about activation (I already used 1 WMC key over 5 times for the same VM without any problems) than just restore and apply again. - A restart between. sry for uncomfort, but this seems from ms. /rilc kills the token that is not what it should do.
Can I just apply V66 without using a older version and restoring? I have no idea what version I used and when I did my system restore point the .restore folders from /spp/ got removed which I think was from your application.
MS distributes some update with new (worthless, nothing new/changing) explorer-ppdlic. signed on 10-11-2012 - I try to figure out which KB it is, than it seems I have to update again to 67 to implement overwriting existing explorer-ppdlic. I never thought MS will really update XRM files. But it seems MS don't give a s**t about useless stuff as they provide updates feature-based-packaged not file-based. like: Explorer.exe updates, than all related stuff also gets updated... like the license file.
I was person who reported that a update undid bypass and gave him update list I installed the day it happened. (the imgur image he has in his post is my update history) Via PM support he was able to fix me back up again! Thanks everyone.
I was person, who undressed and went for shopping completely naked just the big sword in my hand. Everybody just starred at me. But when I've returned all my leather clothes were gone. Via LOST AND FOUND I was able to find them again. Thanks everyone.
To avoid multiple reboots, you must stop and restart the sppsvc service. So, after the /ilc command, simply add: Code: net stop sppsvc net start sppsvc Because of the delayed start of the service, if you reboot too fast, the service is not started, and you can reboot endlessly without seeing the effect. The license file is validated only through the service start. Edit: I don't have see the useness of the command schtasks /run /tn "\Microsoft\Windows\SoftwareProtectionPlatform\SvcRestartTask" It does the same thing... Edit2: In fact, it does not the same thing: the net command wait until the service is fully stopped or started, so no need to add a delay.
Is really bad, you're running the: 'schtasks /run /tn "\Microsoft\Windows\SoftwareProtectionPlatform\Svc RestartTask"' command? As vampire7 says, stopping and starting the spp service is really the secure thing.
