I am not sure where to put this, but since this question is about BIOS mod, I thought I could post it here. I have been reading mixed messages in regarding about modding BIOS for SLI on non-SLI based board or non certified SLI board. 1. Some sources say that all is needed is a modded BIOS to allow SLI on non SLI Board 2. Most say that this is not possible because of the absent of the nForce chipset. I believe # 2 is correct, but please tell me which one is true. I already know about the Gigabyte board with the X58 based chipset BIOS hack, but this does not apply to older boards. I know about the NGO patch and modded drivers, but they do not support newer GeForce cards.
