I have a laptop with installed Windows 7, to change the version of Windows 7 I have to change the bios or the slic 2.1 is already installed, so I'll just have to insert only the certificate?

Why "change" bios when you laptop comes with 7? Just do an upgrade, anytime upgrade...

Alex, if your computer already came with windows 7 OEM, 99,9% chance of having already installed the SLIC 2.1 in BIOS. So you just install the version you want and use the OpaTool to perform the activation.

Note: Run the SLIC ToolKit to verify if your laptop has the SLIC 2.1 before any procedure.
