Can SLIC DUMP ToolKit restore activation after a clean install? How?

Things went quite smooth and OK for me (valid and green), so I got to a stage where I have a file containing my key (ProductId.txt) and another with the certificate (LENOVO_V2.1_Cert.xrm-ms).
I also have a brand new laptop with a lot of bloatware and partitions that blocked, waiting for a clean install.

What to do next, how do I restore?
    Am I in the clear?

    Thnx!

Made figuring out my slic and a lot of other useful info simple enough for my over-tired mind!

There is no need to worry, ur slic2.1 is fine and the OEM SLP Strings are uses to activate XP as OEM.

Getting "Dump Error ! (SLIC Table Not Find ! )" now.

It was working perfectly when I was on Win7 x86. I reformatted and went to Win7 x64 and tried doing the same. I'm on RWAT right now but I'd like to install certificate.
Did I do something to my motherboard?

@ stevedusa, just request another bios mod for dell SLIC 2.1 ans SLP1.0 or you can use DMI boot cd in the windows xp section but you wont be able to use dell cd but HP instead.

The new SLIC Toolkit Version (3.2) will release soon(maybe In the Chinese New Year on that day.), It will support Jananese and other language well , and it will run faster than before ,and it add linear momoy access funtion, and add ACPI outport funtion, and basically solved the problem the virus false positives ...
