If the .iso image was originally ru-RU, then the easiest way to do this is in the NTLite program, even a free one. If the .iso image was originally en-US, then this language can only be removed in the paid version of this program.

 

The original Windows language, if it is English, can be deleted with NTLite free.
First, the language you want to use is integrated.
Then, the English language is deleted.
I always do this.

 

I haven't tried this option yet, but with DISM11 it worked fine, without errors.

Yes, tested with Business, EnterpriseS and IoT_EnterpriseS versions.

It worked fine, no errors with Host Windows 10 and DISM11 in the code.

I'll wait and see if there's anything left to fix and then I'll release the fixed scripts.
