If it's a .reg file, place it in the Bin\PersonalTweaks\REG folder. If it's a CMD or BAT file, place it in the Bin\PersonalTweaks\BAT folder. If it's an unattended .exe file, place it in the Addons folder. I'm not sure if it would run automatically along with the Bin\PersonalTweaks\Config\Win10x64.cmd file.
Thanks a lot! I have been using this tool for a long while and I appreciate you keeping it updated! I have created the best ISO ever. Buttery smooth
Same! There are a lot of 'slimming' tools, projects, scripts etc. and they all have something unique going on, but this one (Thank You SunLion!) solves more real problems with all the moving parts that is the Windows OS than any of them. Another unsung Saint (there are a lot of them) for helping take out the trash that's been here from get-go and probably has at least half a million test installs under his belt, is Mavericks Choice, the guy is indomitable. The people on these forums all play huge part of what makes this project so good, doing a quintillion installs across a constellation of hardware, just makes for some really solid practical results.
@hoak Thank you man, I have many desires & playing with OS's is one of them, we are all striving for the best of the best if it's at all possible within the constraints of MS! I must say I do enjoy reading your posts with in this board. Enjoy friend.
Does anyone know how make store, xbox store work properly? I enabled store but I cannot seem to login , nothing works.
You can make these modifications to the SD10_Renewed_1.57.cmd script. Open it with a text editor and remove the lines indicated below: Remove lines 1774 to 1776: `set "DisableServices=%DisableServices%,XblAuthManager"` `set "DisableServices=%DisableServices%,XblGameSave"` `set "DisableServices=%DisableServices%,XboxNetApiSvc"` Remove the text below on line 1865: `Microsoft.XboxGameCallableUI` Remove lines 2117 to 2125: `Disable Xbox Game Mode` Remove lines 2129 to 2132: `Remove Xbox Task` Try it and see if it works.
I made the suggested changes, I am unable to trigger any sort of login sequence neither in Windows Store nor in Xbox app. Nothing happens. I also enabled Edge thinking maybe webview2 was missing. Any ideas?
Thanks, I enabled it. Store logged in sucesfully but still Xbox app immediately closes down the login screen.
No, what I need to examine is the log file of the image creation process, similar to "SD10_Renewed_1.58_20260506_195206.log", which should be located in the LOG folder.
Open Xbox app, click on Sign in, Settings, click on App, make sure "Xbox Identity Provider" is NOT in the Dependencies list, if it is there, install it. After that, open Store, on the bottom left click on "Downloads" and make sure all Xbox related packages are up to date.
All of them are installed. I have tried all of these, I really appreciate the help. This has never been an issue with prior releases.
SD10_Renewed_1.58_20260506_195206.log I do not have this type of log. I will try and create a new ISO. I just manually created the log file Removing: Microsoft.WindowsStore_11910.1002.513.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe Removing: Microsoft.Xbox.TCUI_1.23.28002.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe Removing: Microsoft.XboxApp_48.49.31001.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe Removing: Microsoft.XboxGameOverlay_1.46.11001.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe Removing: Microsoft.XboxGamingOverlay_2.34.28001.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe Removing: Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_12.50.6001.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe Removing: Microsoft.XboxSpeechToTextOverlay_1.17.29001.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe these lines are interesting, even though I set them off from the script.
Could you tell me which previous version you used and didn't have any problems with? That way we can see what has changed and try to fix it.
2xH2_Creator_14.6_4_3 Something around this, it was from the older thread to be fair. As far as I am concerned, if I remove xbox related fields from .cmd it should not "remove" them but according to the log, it still does remove them. I will double check the CMD and see if I actually "disabled" those lines and run another creation. EDIT: I just checked .cmd and all of the related fields for Xbox are commented out. Might this be related to the personal tweaks? I will run the script again and post the LOG file
I had to clean up my hard drive and that version was removed. If you have it and can share it, I would appreciate it. Sorry, but I didn't realize that the script above isn't for Windows 10...
