25H2 EP can be manually installed because of an MS oversight. Unless they explicitly declare that EP to be meant for LTSC, I stand by what I said.

It depends on what you want to get out of the script. If you only need a processed install.wim file, it doesn't matter whose script you use for that. In this case, the install.wim file of the localization you need is used to work with the script. If you need a DVD with a localized boot.wim file then you need a script like the SunLion script using an .iso image of the localization you need. But many users still prefer the installer in English, that's why I personally use DVD files in English in my tool. And the install.wim file is applied to the localization you need, in my case, I use install.wim localization ru-RU (and the DVD image too).
