Yes, I'm not recommending this for anyone, I was looking to how close Windows 11 can get to Windows 10 in all things being equal raster performance and DPC latency -- things that are important for multimedia, content editing & creation, and gaming. Disabling Microsoft Windows.Client.CBS Dumpster Fire Experiences is however easy to do/undo -- you can even use a toggle script. So, for people that have a use case where tweaking Windows 11 is important for maximizing performance, battery life, or have older constrained hardware -- there's an approach here to get more, at low cost , with virtually no risk that some people may like... The entire C:\Windows\SystemApps approach to adding 'System Applications Experiences' to Windows which is little more than features without benefits, and applications that are NOT applications -- is such a horrific nightmare of a bloat, inefficiency, bugs, more bugs, and gaping security holes -- it's a terrible way to even add real features to an OS no less 'Experiences'... I guess it's a good thing we can hack and disable this crap, and if something conspicuously better doesn't come in the way of Linux or Windows 12, I hope there's a Windows Shell project that gets some traction that obviates this intrusive, insecure, resource heavy liability...
I only deleted some files located in the Client.CBS folder. Completely disabling it will affect Simplified Chinese input.
