you are crazy man! Agreed without any reservation what so ever all you had to do is OA2INTELWIN.exe update pubkey.bin marker.bin sign.bin did that and did without erasing as well (btw these steps are from guide) you have erazed the just programmed slic by command OA2INTELWIN.exe erase[/QUOTE] (btw this step is from your guide msg 183) agree but I tried without erasing as well... Did all possible ways but the success came with DOS. It is activated now!! Now I need help in the sense that I had deployed all kind of loaders / wot / and all other possible . Now that slic is done.. the computer takes 6 -8 minutes to boot. How do I unstall all possible things which I do not even know?? I have uninstalled loader from daz. Is there any utility that will uninstall all possible tricks which are installed short of reinstalling ?
I searched the whole thread but I found no solution for the IBM IntelliStation M Pro (Type 9229). Is there a way to get the marker into the BIOS?
Any idea which tool works with a DV9035nr with a Phoenix bios? I need to tattoo the serial number in after a board change. Every hpsetXXX.exe I've tried so far sais it wasn't for my notebook and to find the correct version. Edit: Finally got it done. I used HPBQ189.EXE from the HP Notebook DMI Utilities set. I don't have enough posts to link it but it's the first DL link in the HP section on the first page of this thread. Just gave it a shot after many others and bam.......it fired up and let me enter the info
"serial not found" error i just flashed my hp mini 110 with slic 2.1 bios and now everytime i boot my netbook it displays "serial not found" on bootup. can i use the "hp mini 110 ulilty (HPBI130.EXE)" to insert the serial number again? if so could someone please tell me the steps and command to do it? thanks much
I just updated the bios, make a bootable pendrive, put the contents of hpmini110.zip in it, boot from it & run the bios.bat ~ thats it!!!
Ok thanks. Boot logo is still Compaq, and "Serial not found" is showing but I manage to fix it using the tool HPBI103.EXE to insert it by typing HPBI103.EXE enter and selecting <0> Serial Number. But now the problem is when i choose <R> Read Product Information in the tool, it is only showing the Serial number, but the "Notebook Model", "GUID Number", "UUID Number", "SKU Number", and so on are blank. Running the tool it gives me the option 1 to enter the Notebook Model but I don't know the format to put. The model of my HP Mini 110 is 110-1013TU. Is there a way that you can run the tool HPBI103.EXE on your sister's Mini 110, and do the <R> Read Product Information and kindly paste here the result? I just want to see the format on the "Notebook Model" and so on so I can put those information as well. If you can paste a screenshot that would be great too. Thanks.
xlaws there is a reference to your message in the post this thread is something like consolidation of all known information
