    The download link for DMI FIT 1.19 doesn't work, does anyone have this file? I still have the 1.18 version.

    Hi there! ProBook 6560b. Firmware have been updated via Win+B trick from F.20(?) to F.29 After then no SLP marker detected hpset152.exe produced next output:

    Serial Number not found HP DV5-1126

    Serial number is not found due to which Vista is not activating. Everything was working find but out a sudden this happen. Please advise which utility I have to use to update missing information in BIOS. Product details are as follows

    Product: Pavilion DV5-1126EE
    BIOS: InsydeH20 Rev. 3.5
    BIOS Version: F .22
    Notebook model, product number, Serial no. are missing
    UUID number are all zero and Product configuration ID 0110000000000000 and factory installed OS is showing non-vista which is not true.

    Please advise. If you need further information then please ask.

    Thanks Tito for your prompt reply. One thing i want to mention here that 10 months back motherboard have been changed. When I went through HP site the latest BIOS version there is F.21A for DV5-1126EE but on my laptop it is F.22 (It seem that i am now using motherboard of DV6 :confused:). Do I still need to update BIOS before using this tool?

    Not necessary.. just use the dmi tools.

    I tried to locate CT number for the motherboard and PCID but couldn't find any. Is it necessary to input?

    i have note HP 8560P and cant use vpro, amt. I try use brand11, but i see message
    VPRO disabled
    DESCRIPTOR LOCKED
    MANAGEMENT ENGINE ENABLED
    FLASH PROTECTION OVERRIDE DISABLE

    what can i do?
