    Those tools are far too old to work with your system. One is from 2002 and the other from 2005.

    can you please share modded BIOS containing SLIC 2.1? Thank you!

    You don't need a full-fledged modded BIOS to enable SLIC. Instead, just use the marker as mentioned by @khanwaseem9696 to add the missing bits to your existing BIOS.
