Hello everyone.I don't know if I posted to correct thread.I'm new here.Sorry for that.I don't know how to explain, but my computer has so many problems.I reinstalled windows several times and different versions (7/8/Vista/XP), but every time after installation has done, windows gets bored and start working very bad.
For example, after windows install, I want to instanll Opera and Chrome browsers, but it gives me error.
I want to install games, some of them gives error, other games, which installed, gives error when I launch them.
I want to see what's the score of my PC in "System Rating", but when I click "Rate my computer", nothing happens.
I install VGA driver, after restart it gives me error "VGA adapter not found", and many other problems.
P.S.:I'm sure VGA is perfect, problem is not here.
I run Hiren's BootCD from USB Flash Drive and checked HDD for bad sectors with 4 different programs, but I have zero warning/problem/bad sectors on my HDD.
-----Here are my some computer specs :
    -----RAM - 2x2GB PQI 1866MHz DDR3
    -----Processor- Core Quad (4 core) Q9300 @2.50GHz
-----VGA - Amd Radeon 3800 HD series
    -----HDD - Seagate 320GB @5400RPM SATAII
I don't know anything about my motherboard but I think my motherboard has not any problem.Because with another HDD my computer works normal.I think problem in HDD.
And I want to ask you. What is the problem of my PC?
Thanks for any reply and solution
P.S.:Sorry for my bad English =)

Let's rule out hash check of install media and Mem test .. So have you done those things?

Thanks for reply with useful links =)
I can't use other one (HDD) because it's not mine.I used my friend's HDD for test. And, I can buy new one.But I don't want to do that. Why?Because I want to know what's going on in my HDD.If my HDD is not usable anymore, then I will buy new one

Hard drives can't be repaired. I think replacement is your only option.
