I have this exact problem. It's noted on insider's hub a few times too. I will attempt to scrub flash and redo and will clean install if necessary. Thanks

Fixed! Uninstalled lifecam driver (latest from 9/15) which reverted it back to some old 2006 driver and now it's working. Strange because i tried an earlier driver before that from 2015 which was still broken.

Also noticed it's broken on Skype too so not just a flash issue. Looks like just driver issue on MS's end

Wtf is wrong with you? You have a personality disorder or something?

The issue is clearly specific to Microsoft Lifecam webcam, which is still sold. Go search Amazon for Microsoft LifeCam Cinema 720p HD Webcam. I searched Windows Feedback and there are several posts about Lifecam webcams no longer working on Insider build. Also, if you knew how to read you'd see that I said my drivers were from 9/15 (as in September 2015) which are the latest MS released. Lastly, i built my desktop myself 2 years ago (i5 3570k OC'd to 4.3ghz, 16GB RAM, Sandisk SSD, Radeon R9 290). It's not some s**tty laptop. Go troll somewhere else.

My attitude is crap? :rolleyes:ok, lol

You really make no sense with your broken English, but you're saying I shouldn't test a beta Windows build? Why? I came here to see if others had the same issue and to find a solution. What's wrong with that? I'm not here just to complain.

lol my computer is fine for my purposes and plenty fast. You're really failing at trolling here

    In ADMIN Cmd Prompt Type

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

When you use the /CheckHealth argument, the DISM tool will report whether the image is healthy, repairable, or non-repairable. If the image is non-repairable, you should discard the image and start again. If the image is repairable, you can use the /RestoreHealth argument to repair the image.
    If image is repairable:
After that in ADMIN CMD Prompt run sfc /scannow
is just to make sure all is well.Reboot

If this does not work it is a driver issue, always uninstall driver from device manager, before rebooting install new driver:D

Also you can uninstall driver from device manager, reboot, windows will install driver on reboot

I have the same problem, but on 14271. Flash as a whole(not just camera) doesn't work for me either. It worked on the previous Inside Build(14267, which I clean installed), but after updating to 14271 this problem appeared. I tried installing it again, but nothing. The same sites work on Edge(we are talking about Flash not working; not the site as a whole), but not on Firefox.
