I have a new tablet with Android 4.4, a crappy one I know, but this issue with Youtube App and buffers shouldn't be happening no? Damn App won't buffer at all, at least not visible buffering so videos are pausing every 30 seconds. Tablet is brand new and the other tablet I already have buffers videos normally and it's a few months older.
