Hello, I'm doing a customization project for Windows 10, I did not take backup of the files before applying the custom themeing. Now I don't want to download 5 GB ISO again. Will any kind soul share these files from 21H2/22H2 ? C:\Windows\System32\Winver.exe C:\Windows\Branding (full folder) Any help will be greatly apprciated.
You need "winver.exe.mui" too. Found in "\Windows\System32\en-US" (depends on installed language). It may not work at all if "mui" files are from different languages, or at least, some dialogs would not show correctly. (also applicable to "\Windows\Branding") For an English installation for example, extract everything from an English ISO with corresponding mui files.
All the above taken from Win10 LTSC IoT, 19044.6575, 21H2 (EN_US). Including "winver.exe.mui" and folder paths maintained from "Windows" onward (IE: Extract to "C:\Windows" should do the trick).
