Even Toshiba HDD protection utility isn't installing "Error : Toshiba HDD protection utility isn't supported by this model" even tho both this and DTS is on my laptop official support page as mentioned above!

@LatinMcG I think it would be a good method that you said it, I did so I made the downgrade to the BIOS version 1.30 with the help of flash usb and key combination fn + f bios was rewritten by the bios recovery method after an update failed, then dmi data was deleted I rewrote it with toshiba dmi utility I installed windows 8.1 in uefi (if I installed in csm dts did not work) and so I was able to make DTS to work again!

the problem may still be from OEM string type 11

I'm apologize for bringing it up this topic again but i got same problem on my Toshiba P70-B-11E laptop. 2 or 3 months ago my external graphic card is dead and Toshiba service changed my motherboard completely. And now i can't install DTS. Even downgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 8.1 but nothing is changed. And at the first page all links are dead. So i'm not sure what can i do. I can't find anything on Google and YouTube. Please help me about that problem.
