We have an optics shop that is connected to the traffic and licensing department to do eye tests for people. The government wants to implement a new system with an ID Card Reader so we don't have to enter the details of the person manually. The problem with the card reader software is according to the instructions sent by their IT department, we must have Google Chrome v40.0.2214.111 (x64) offline installer and disable automatic updates. I have scoured the internet for that version and all I can find is bogus links which have viruses in them as NOD32 blocks the download before it starts. Can you please guide me to where I can download that specific version for a safe place?

@Mr.X Yep, but all your links point to the latest version of entreprise version, requested version by OP is 40.0.2214.111, however you've great idea about the entreprise version. windsman.
I loaded that Google Chrome and disabled automatic updates but no pages would load, not even the settings page of Chrome
Just tested this version, no problem at all, be sure to uninstall completly previous version (profile.......). windsman.
