Hello ... I happened to load 2 different windows 10 on my PC. Now when I view my bios I see both boot selection listed . Is there a way were I can remove one ? I know one can remove the keys activation within windows but I need to do so within the bios instead, thanks

These are not licenses. You have got 2 active/boot partitions on your hard drive.
    Partition 1 and partition 4.
Remove the one which is not the active windows one

Windows get embedded on the motherboard bios once it gets activated . I have 2 of the same on 2 hard drives 1 & 1 but number 4 is what I don't want to see and this hard driver isn't connected on my PC

Go into the bios and look what all the options are.

This has nothing to do with SLIC in bios; it's just UEFI boot entries stored in NVRAM.
