[Solved] I try to install native language pack

    HI! I try to install native language pack (fr) on version pro win 8.1 with the command lpksetup.exe.
    but when it reboot i am always in English.
    Is it because i am not activated?

    Help!

    lpksetup just installs the language

    to use it, go to "Language" in control panel
