Thanks. Tried once more with clean install ,and now got the abort mess that I had forgot:
"Driver irql not less or equal" and a the bottom: "rtl640x64" Ahh, this is the driver for realtek lan !!
Thats the driver that I hade to update to new version before using upgrade from win 10 to win 11 using FIXED win 11.
But at clean installing there are no already installed drivers present, where on earth does win 11 find the rtl-driver ?

try disconect and make clean install offline and it will install, after this uinstall all net drivere also the wifi driver, install original driver and restart then you should not have any problem.

Thanks a lot Muggaen. Have tried some more. (have a lot of old pc-s from friends who want new w11 clean install). All tests offline (no lan cable):
Source is w11FIXED iso on DVD. Selecting clean install.
Old Dell pc installed ok, no problem
Old Ga-x58a-ud5 rev.2 installed ok, no problem.
Old Ga-x58a-ud7 rev.1 did NOT install ok. Passed the EULA ok, boot, "setting up units - 100%", then blue screen "KMODE exception not handled"
Seems culprit is the realtek chip on the gigabyte mobo.. 2 variants: 8111D and 8111E.
8111E on the ud5 rev.2 : win 11 does accept old rtl driver
8111D on the ud7 rev.1. :blue screen. Must have newest rtl driver when performing upgrade from win 10 til win 11,
    Posssible conclusion:
During w11 clean install (with or without lan cable) on pc with rtl8111D chip, win11 will use its built in driver to get upgrades.
And this bulit in driver is the old one, which later win 11 will not accept. If this conlcusion is correct, is there ia win 11 bug here ?
And the Fix-kit is absolutly not to blame for this strange behavior.

For old pc-s with realtek 8111D chip (and maybe also other versions),
I have only found one way to bypass the abort-problem during clean install win 11:
    1. Clean install w10
    2. Install newest rtl-driver, or
    Registry fix reg add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CI\Config /v VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
    to enable old drivers.
    4. Upgrade win 10 to w11 via Fixkit option 1.

Sorry, I forgot that we hade this conversation a year ago. Now in 2024, i became engaged again with several cases from friends, running
into same problem as then. Today I just can not get your suggestion to work. Lan cable unplugged. The FIXED iso booted from dvd, starts the install to hdd,
After automatic boot, it just runs into blue screen with message: "Reference by pointer". Cannot see that I could interfere at any stage
to update rtl driver. Could you pls advise ?

I will when I have time on next patch tuesday integrate the realtek net driver for see if it works or still gives bsod with a restart.

On my troublesome ga-x58a-ud7-rev.1 with rtl8111D old lan chip, I finally found a solution:
    1. disable both lan ports in bios.
    2. Boot and install w11 FIXED iso
    3. After successfull install, you choose country and keyboard.
But then stuck, "next" is greyed out.
Press SHIFT+F10 and command prompts pops up
    4. type : OOBE\BYPASSNRO
    5. And now you get an option to continue without network.
    6. Install finishes.
    7. Install the newest driver for realtek (exe-file). It will warn that it cannot find
lan-port, but driver is installed ok.
    8. Boot, and enable both lan in bios, and all is well.
    Case closed and solved.

    Update ;
Instead of using this very akward procedure, I found a better solution:
Found a software from Hasleo "WintoHDD". I can add new driver for the RTL-lan
and also tick "bypass reqirements". Source win11-original-iso (not MDL fixed iso).
    Works perfectly.!! Recommended.
