Got tired of doing it manually so i bothered mkuba50 . Now WU Tool can grab the links directly from the Catalog. Give it a KB-N° or a list and it will do all the work and output info list and a download link TXT. It also offers a 'Free Roam' option. No need for manual fiddling. Online Install option will show WU Offer and write to list.
Made the whole integration process kinda futile. Would need to be done every month anew to avoid bloating the WIM by adding the new Servicing Stack and CU on top of the old superseded ones . I switched to having those 3 updates on my USB pen and install them Offline after trimming the install.
What tool do you recommend for inputing list of update names/urls -> downloading all the MSU's? --------- ehtusiast and s1ave, you two are saying that that kb319 is redundant and therefor should not be installed in addition to the previously mentioned updates in this thread? did I understand correctly?
As said it only needs to integrate the ones from the updated list in given order, that's the way Win 10 goes . Superseded means OBSOLETE.
The link showed you all three x64 and x86 update-downloadlinks at MSFT servers (in CAB and MSU format).
Dio didn't do anything, it's abbodi1406 to thank for maintaining the updates list, but s1ave77 and me myself gave you the updates on a platter over and over again, and a dio gets thanked.....
You two get +1 for vague info, but -2 for bad attitudes. (except for you s1ave77, ur alright) I understand how it must be when you probably get asked over and over, so I see where you're coming from. Oh well Still deciding between en_windows_10_enterprise_n_version_1607_updated_jan_2017_x64_dvd_9718069 and Windows10_InsiderPreview_EnterpriseVL_x64_en-us_15042.
I actually might have sounded a slight bit ruder than intended. Besides that MS reworked the Update mechanism and started to release cummulative batch updates (even for Win 7/8.1), so the days where one needed to integrate hundreds of updates are gone. Now on a fresh Win 10 install it only needs to get the current versions for Servicing Stack, CU and Flash and the system is up-to-date. As said this makes integration kinda futile, when after a month the integration must be renewed or the freshly installed system still will demand to download/install the new versions.
