Intel® Celeron® Processor J1900 is processor, but not motherboard; If You want Ethernet Driver You must know what Network Adapter You have installed. But usually only driver is not the solution, You need also controllers. Maybe You want to tell a bit more of Your system?
What is the model of the motherboard? Otherwise, could you open Device Manager and double-click on the Ethernet Controller device. Then click the Details tab->Hardware Ids under Property. Copy the values that are in the box.
