I have a hard dive with windows 11 pro on it that does not have windows boot manager on it but when I clone it, the cloned drive has it on it. So the problem is the other drive because if I clone that same disk to another hard drive the windows boot manager is not there. I have tried cloning sector by sector, wiping the partition, zeroing the hard drive, reformatting, rebuilding the MBR and even using fdisk to get rid of the windows boot manager off the drive. There has to be way to get rid of it. Backup and restoring does not help either. A stupid problem that I need help solving.. SOLVED!!!
The drive you're trying to clone to will need to be attached to a PC via USB. Then use Macrorit Partition Expert Free Edition or similar to re-initialize the drive. The software will show the all the partitions on the drive. You'll be able kill off everything on the drive.
