forgive me, but are you asking how to merge partitions that are on different physical disk drive s ? You want to make C: bigger by "adding" I: to it ? If that is what you want to do, you can't . While you can combine disks into a JBOD through a RAID controller , that isn't going to work here. If you need to expand C: then you'll need to make space on the same drive ( by moving data around) and expand c: into that open space. If I've misunderstood your question, then my apologies. Please help me to understand exactly what you want to do so I can help you get there.
