    Well, it's actually a rare scenario
    caused by Win11 not getting new LCU for considerable time, and a limitation in WUI10 (it detect the current LCU KB5005635 as installed in 22000.194 ISO, therefor it skip re-installation)

    I'm trying to download it. mistake.

    Unable to retrieve data from Windows Update servers. Reason: EMPTY_FILELIST
    If this problem persists, most likely the set you are attempting to download was removed from Windows Update servers.

    Means that the files are not present on MSFT servers (anymore), try another one.

    Hi, its possible update Langs directory for 19044 LPs? I want use it for LTSC 2021. Thank you.

    Nothing changed, the 19041 files should still be working for all 1904x editions.

    They do. Or at least as much as I can see. I already made an LTSC 2021 image with a langpack and it seems to have some tiny glitches here and there, but after you update it(or maybe even offline service it?) they seem to go away.
