a strange issue on my surface, the touchscreen is good because if i enter inside uefi it works, also at the login screen i can swipe up and insert password using touchscreen.

after the login the touchscreen stop working at all, why??

    i tried to:
    - uninstall (and delete) all related drivers with "touch" inside Devices
    - rebooted several times
    - checked for upgrades

if i logout the touchscreen works again, i can enter password again, and then again it stops working (again)...

Download the whole system at Microsoft and reinstall it. Procedure is described there. Good luck

i found a solution by myself, if someone got the same problem like me the solution is:
go into Registry editor to the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Wisp\Touch" location, look for "TouchGate" DWORD and ENABLE it putting a 1 instead of 0

so no need to reinstall whole system, just a single edit into registry
