It looks like the culprit is a Visual Basic Runtime 5.0 installer that according to VirusTotal has the mentioned Virus.Floxif. I did another clean install, downloaded and installed another Visual Basic Runtime 5.0 and I stopped having this problem. I needed that program to be able to run another and I wasn't even remembering I was running it every time I installed Windows. What's weird is that I still have that error code when running OfficeRTool but other programs are fine. EDIT: If I delete the content of the folder where I downloaded OfficeRTool and redownload it to that folder, I don't have this issue so does that mean I'll have to do this every time I want to use OfficeRTool?
On three pages you told that you did a clean installation and that your computer has a really clean Windows 11 and now you come with the story that you still have the devil knows what things from 2000 and even before that installed and huge of any kind junk there. Don't you have a bit ashamed of lying like that all and so long?
Windows 10 User Stop . Start again Get a USB stick Get Sergei Strelec Put it on the usb stick Boot from it Wipe the whole hard disk with the low level format tool Install windows Tell us what happened You are alone , you have a poroblem , you are unsure .......... sometime you have to take your balls in your hand and jump ........... suck it and see ......... we've all been in that position and it can be a real pain in the arse ............. but .......... theres no other way .
I didn't lie, otherwise why would I type the solution? I really did a lot of clean installs and this program doesn't even appear in the installed programs lists and I was only talking about those, but anyway, I don't remember installing that program the other times and I still don't get why can't I run OfficeRTool. No, he isn't. That's what I did. I still can't run OfficeRTool.
NO YOU DID NOT . NO YOU ARE NOT . What you say doesnt make sense and your not doing what youve been told to do .
Here we have a case of Wannabe Technician hence I'd recommend OP to find a real one to fix his computer or here we have a case of TROLLING.
Yes, I did. I still can't run OfficeRTool but other programs are fine now. What do you mean, (\_/)^(\_/)? You mean, yourself, who said to use Rufus to burn an ISO to USB when I said I couldn't even run Rufus because od the problem?
Windows 10 User You've written in two threads about the same problem . You say you've done everything that you were told you to do ......... and what you've done hasnt solved your problem That makes the problem clear and the solution . The ONLY thing you can do is to throw the computer away and get another one . There is no other solution and your problems can only get worse if you dont . MUCH WORSE . At the moment your computer is a risk for you . You cant do anything on it that is safe . No bank things , no emails and your data isnt safe . There is a VERY BIG pssibility that you'll loose everything on that computer if you dont throw it away .
No, it's not weird. Rightly says. There is no cure for this virus, it always ends suddenly, by itself and forever.
Remember 2003? Was there an lsass virus when, when connected to the Internet, the computer turned off after 30 seconds or 1 minute? So he was made by the NSA special service and he walks on the Internet. install windows server 2003 clean and the computer will shut down.
