Hi, I have a problem. I was running window 8 64bit and everything worked fine. So now I upgraded to windows 8.1 64bit and after installing the graphics drivers, my laptop now freezes for about 15 seconds during startup or when resuming from hibernation.. My laptop has both Intel HD graphics and AMD Radeon graphics so I installed both drivers. Now i've realised that the problem is coming from the AMD Radeon driver because everything works fine after I uninstalled it (and now I also remember the freezing thing wasn't happening before I installed the AMD driver) Please, what do I do about this? both drivers are the latest versions for my laptop model and windows version.. Also, when I was using windows 8, both drivers were installed(the versions for windows 8 of course) and everything worked fine. Now it's causing freezes during startup in windows 8.1. Please, what do I do?
