    Hello,

i have a situation where i run for quite some time (almost 7 years) 2012R2 Standard, czech (CZ).(Used as AD controller) Now i want to upgrade to 2019 or 2022. My problem is, i have only EN iso versions, but i want to keep all my settings and files, but upgrade process requires to use installation with same locale as current running OS.

The question is, is there czech locale iso of 2019 or 2022 ? I did not find any even eval images in CZ locale. Or is there any way to force the upgrade without loosing anything if EN iso is used.

Thank you for any suggestions or tips.

    Use the right ISO

    OR

Set InstallLanguage to en-US (0409) and reboot

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\Language

I have done the successful upgrade of the system based on LostEDs link he provided. I have found CS iso and everything is working perfectly fine now. Though i had to do adprep /forestprep and /domainprep first in order to move on from 2012R2.
