Hi guys, it's my first post here. I have this Dell inspiron 15 7000 gaming laptop I got from a friend. When you turn it, it comes on and there is a Dell logo on the screen. Keyboard lights comes on also. Then it goes blank after that just showing bright dark screen. If I restart the laptop by pressing CTRL + ALT +DEL, it responds and restarts and shows the dell logo again and goes blank. On pressing the F10 key while on dell logo, it shows " entering setup" at the top right of screen but it goes blank again. So basically, it doesn't go into setup or bootmenu. I am confused and dont know what to
