New Touch Access is protected by the same method as other hidden features in M3. They require SLC-Component-RP permissions, otherwise don't appear. Once the appropriate permission is accepted, they become available.

Well you could always add HideBlur to the registry and restart DWM. And when 8 releases you could use the last internal DWM you can find and replace the final one to keep HideBlur enabled.
@ Canouna does the locked aero change the taskbar in any way, or is it just 7 Aero but square windows... Also they should change those [X] buttons. It looks hideous...they should at least put a box around them when they are inactive..
I'd rather there be specific colors for active and inactive windows in DWM than boxes only on inactive windows.
