Sony laptop and bios mod

    Thanks to digilife - did everything works with my pc. But got not enough iq to finish with laptop.
    Vaio vgn-fw11sr model. Bios AMI R0250Y0, 06.05.2008
    On the support site there is no newer or even same bios also no bios flash utility. How do i backup current one, how do i flash modded one?

    p.s. in bios itself version written is 1.23.1109

    Maybe. But mine is definitely AMI
