i replaced the mother board in vaio vgc la3 and cant get the recovery media to work think i might need to tattoo. dont have the utillity to do it..?? Any Ideas i work for a large PC retailer there Tech support aint got a clue what to do..Any ideas..????
What does "can't get it to work" mean exactly? Did you replace it with the same motherboard from the mfg, the OEM OS license is contained in the BIOS of the motherboard, toss the board there goes your OEM OS license. If you replaced with a different motherboard, you can try pleading with MS to activate it with your COA number.
