My daughter has a new (1 month) "pink" Sony Viao with Vista Home Prem. that will not allow her to log on with her password. It has not ever been changed. It is the only account on the computer. How do I log on, reset, etc?
with all due respect...many people are hesitant to help...though your inquiry may be sincere...some will suspect that the nature is to invade someones privacy...with the laptop being 1 month old..im sure its still under warranty and Sony could be more helpful....or using google search might find what you need. also being only 1month old..it might be just a lessoned learned about 'how to remember'...if you talking about a bio's password set by Sony to access the Bio's..then someone might help.
