Thanks so 100GB is a good size, and you install apps and games on that partition too? If the OS partition has less space does it mean the system could slow down?

I downloaded the windows creation tool and it's not giving me an option for W10 pro, only 1) W10 2) W10 home single language 3) Windows N. I know that UK users got dumped with N which lacked windows media centre, but how do I make sure I get pro? Which option should I pick?

W10 pro, but I can't find anywhere if I'm on N or not. I can't access settings on PC because it's messed up. I can access file explorer and task manager on it. Any ideas?

But under system/windows version it just says windows 10 pro. I've scanned numerous times in command prompt but it always returned as no problems detected.

I did originally mention that I downloaded the creation tool, it doesn't give you the info you mention, it just gives you options I mentioned in my previous post :(

But reset is different to a clean install right? I read that it doesn't fix system corruption?

If you want to fix system corruption just do an Clean Install to be on the safe side but be sure to back up your personal files

Well my PC updated yesterday and it looks like it may have fixed the problems, I guess I might wait to see if it stays that way.

The microsoft tech support guy was so useless, he created 4 different user accounts without asking me and the problems kept starting up again in every account. I had set my original account up to load straight into my profile and bypass the password/login screen. Now even after he said he deleted it, my pc tries to log into that original profile (and tells me the password is incorrect). Can anyone help so I can change it so that my new account (which is supposed to be the only account) will auto log in?
